Return and Refund Policy

Returns
Within 7 days - You must return your product within 7 days of purchasing it:
Our policy is valid for 7 days. If more than 7days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened electronic products
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within any applicable return days set by your bank.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
